We all train together like a team.  The more experienced members spar and help the newest members, and although we take our training seriously, we make sure that you have a ton of fun while you get in the best shape of your life.

Fight Club

Burn calories, build and tone muscle, strengthen your cardio while having fun, hitting pads and training fight combos. This hybrid Kickboxing program combines cardio, resistance and interval training to give you the most dynamic workout possible.

 

Using heavy bags, boxing gloves and strengthening and conditioning drills, you will loose weight, build muscle tone and improve your balance and coordination. Each class focuses on the most practical aspects of martial arts training including defensive tactics, strike sets and combative combinations. These fast paced thirty minute training sessions guarantee a massive calorie burn while have a blast and learning an important skill.

Krav Maga

Tap into Krav Maga, the hottest fitness program that truly teaches self-defense for the real world.

 

You’ll learn to how to target attacks to the body’s most vulnerable points, so that you can defend yourself as quickly and efficiently as possible.
